The Center for Digital Inclusion team will present on “Building Digital Communities, CDI as a Catalyst for Change” at the 2013 GSLIS Research Showcase at noon this Friday, March 29. Anyone interested in community informatics, stakeholder engagement and our upcoming Building Digital Communities project should attend to learn more!

About the event: The Research Showcase is an annual event, and is free and open to the public and campus community. GSLIS faculty and doctoral students will share the breadth of their research in a series of short presentations and posters.

The Showcase begins at noon in room 126 with two poster sessions (lunch provided), followed by presentations from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Two additional poster sessions are from 3:30-4:40 p.m. (refreshments provided).

The expected audience includes incoming doctoral students, current faculty and students, other UIUC departments, and interested local corporations.
